We had a fantastic experience working with Pooja on a cousins' trip to Sonoma. She made planning so easy that I could enjoy every moment on the trip, with no stress about what to do or whether everyone was having fun. Our family loved the time we spent together. Here's what I appreciated most about working with Pooja: Extremely organized — she planned every detail, adjusted reservations whenever changes came up, and kept to timelines with everything clearly laid out. Thoughtful — she put together a wonderful trip for eight busy professionals coming from all over the country, building in free time to explore on our own while keeping transportation and reservations lined up so we never wasted time, down to a detailed custom itinerary before we even arrived. From our first phone call through every email, she put real effort into making the trip memorable. Responsive — I could always call, text, or email with questions, and she never minded following up with local suppliers when I needed more details. We really enjoyed working with Pooja and would certainly do it again!

Pooja was amazing from start to finish. She looked into hotels and our Disneyland tickets immediately and made the entire process so easy and predictable. She was always available for any questions I had for our trip and was very open to a quick phone call over the weekend to help me with tickets and navigating the Disneyland app. I was so pleased and happy to book my travel services with Pooja. Pooja did a really fantastic job arranging our Napa getaway. She listened to what we wanted, our budget and gave some great suggestions. The trip was seamless and we didn't need to worry about the logistics of getting to/from places as it was all taken care of. We could have organized the trip ourselves but there is something very comforting about having an expert guide you when you are short of time and wanting to get the most out of the experience.
